Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vistara, a desktop application operated by Mifasuse, a legal entity registered in the Republic of Turkey ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using Vistara, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not install or use Vistara.

Subscription

Vistara Pro is offered at $19 per month or $190 per year. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all Vistara Pro purchases. All billing, payment processing, refunds, and tax handling are performed by Lemon Squeezy and are governed by Lemon Squeezy's terms, available at lemonsqueezy.com/legal.

Free trial

Vistara offers a 7-day free trial without requiring a credit card. The trial is limited to one trial per device, enforced locally via a hash stored in your operating-system keychain. After the trial expires, Vistara requires a valid Vistara Pro license to continue operating.

License grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and an active Vistara Pro subscription, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use Vistara on devices you own or control, for the duration of your active subscription. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, lend, or share license keys, and you may not use a single license to serve multiple users beyond what your subscription allows.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vistara to process content for which you do not hold the necessary rights or permissions. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Vistara binary, and not to attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent the license validation, trial enforcement, or any other technical protection measure in Vistara.

Updates

Vistara may automatically check for updates and prompt you to install them. We may release new versions that introduce breaking changes to features, file formats, or workflows. Older versions of Vistara may not receive bug fixes, security updates, or compatibility patches.

Disclaimer

Vistara is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of transcription, translation, or any other output produced by Vistara. Use of Vistara output for legal, medical, financial, broadcast, or any other critical or regulated purpose is at your own risk, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to Vistara or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for Vistara in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.

Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their refund policy. Please contact Lemon Squeezy through the customer portal linked from your purchase receipt to request a refund.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Vistara Pro license for material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to circumvention of license validation, sharing of license keys, or unauthorized commercial redistribution. Termination ends your right to use Vistara, but the installed binary remains on your device until you uninstall it; you agree to discontinue use upon termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, where Mifasuse is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Vistara will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the Republic of Turkey.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Substantive changes will be announced via the in-app update banner in Vistara, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of Vistara after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
